Job summary

Thames Water, based in Reading, is seeking a Transformation Workstream Analyst to join a multiyear finance and commercial change programme. You will collabo rate with workstream leads, SMEs, stakeholders and delivery partners to analyze challenges, shape recommendations and coordinate delivery of change.

Qualifications

• In-depth post-qualification transformation/finance experience
• Experience producing high-quality presentations, reports and documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
• Experience gathering, analysing and synthesising information from multiple sources
• Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders at different levels
• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant, or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Support current-state assessments across processes and operating models
• Gather, structure and document information from workshops and interviews
• Develop artefacts including presentations and decision papers
• Support design of future-state processes and governance arrangements
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare materials for governance forums and stakeholder meetings
• Track progress and support benefits realisation activities
