Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Transformation Workstream Analyst to join the Finance Transformation function. You will analyse business challenges, document requirements and recommendations, and support the delivery of multi-workstream initiatives.

The role focuses on data-driven insights, governance preparation and cross-functional collaboration. You will work with senior stakeholders, develop artefacts, and help shape future-state processes within a large utility transformation programme.

Qualifications

In-depth post-qualification experience in transformation, consulting, programme delivery, business improvement or finance transformation.
Experience producing high-quality presentations, reports and structured documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
Experience gathering, analysing and synthesising information from multiple sources.
Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation

Responsibilities

Analyse current processes, operating models, controls, systems, data and org structures across workstreams.
Document requirements and recommendations from workshops and stakeholder engagement.
Develop artefacts: presentations, reports, decision papers and supporting analysis.
Support design of future-state processes, governance, and business solutions.
Provide analytical support, track progress and contribute to governance forums.
