Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Transformation Workstream Analyst to join our Finance and Commercial transformation programme. You will work with Workstream Leads, SMEs, stakeholders and delivery partners to analyse challenges, document requirements and support future-state process design.

You will gather data, run analyses, track milestones, maintain logs, prepare governance materials and help realise benefits. The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills,

Qualifications

• Post-qualification transformation or finance experience.
• Experience producing presentations and structured documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and Workstream Delivery Support: support current-state assessments and document information from workshops and interviews.
• Problem Solving and Insight: analyze information to identify trends, issues and improvement areas.
• Governance and Programme Support: track milestones, logs and prepare materials for governance forums.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: facilitate workshops and coordinate across workstreams.
• Data and Analytical Support: gather data, develop metrics, ensure outputs are fit for purpose.
