AECOM Advisory is seeking talented Change Management Consultants who will work with senior leaders and programme teams to design, deliver and embed transformation initiatives. You’ll support clients across infrastructure sectors and help drive lasting behavioural and operational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy supporting transformation programmes.
• Change Management qualification (e.g. PROSCI, APMG or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Support the design and delivery of organisational change management across transformation programmes.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Develop and implement change strategies, communications plans, engagement approaches and learning interventions.
• Support leadership alignment and help senior stakeholders understand their role in driving change.
• Identify barriers to change and develop practical recommendations to address them.
• Help clients embed new ways of working and realise transformation benefits.
• Contribute to business development activities including proposal development and client presentations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to develop core consulting skills.
