Job summary

AECOM Limited in London is seeking an Advisory Senior Consultant (Business Change) to lead change management within complex transformation programmes. Working with senior leaders and delivery teams, you will design, deliver and embed change initiatives that drive behavioural, cultural and operational improvements on high-profile infrastructure projects.

This on-site role requires strong stakeholder engagement, exceptional communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while coaching junior

Qualifications

Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder networks.
Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders across all levels.
Design and deliver organisational change management activities within transformation programmes.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and business readiness.
Develop change strategies, communications plans and learning interventions.
Support leadership alignment and guide senior stakeholders in change.
Identify barriers to change and propose practical recommendations.
Assist clients to embed new ways of working and realise benefits.
Contribute to proposals, client presentations and thought leadership.
Coach and mentor junior team members.
