Job summary

AECOM Advisory is seeking talented Change Management Consultants to help organisations navigate change and drive transformation across energy, water, defence, transport and aviation sectors.

You will design, deliver and embed change initiatives, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and guiding leadership through transformation. The role offers hybrid work options and a culture that promotes mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, complex client environments.
• Self-directed, anticipatory and responsive to iterative feedback.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of organisational change impacts.
• Collegial team player with cross-functional collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Change management qualifications such as PROSCI or APMG.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Support design and delivery of organisational change management activities.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Develop and implement change strategies, communications plans and learning interventions.
• Facilitate leadership alignment and clarify roles for driving change.
• Identify barriers and provide practical recommendations to enable adoption.
• Help embed new ways of working and realise benefits of transformation.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client presentations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members in core consulting skills.
