Job summary

AECOM Advisory is seeking talented Change Management Consultants to help organisations navigate complex transformation programmes. You will work alongside senior leaders and programme teams to design, deliver and embed initiatives that drive lasting behavioural, cultural and operational change.

Based in London, you will join a global team delivering change across energy, water, defence, transport and aviation sectors, with opportunities to mentor juniors and contribute to business development

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering organisational change management activities across transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management across all levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support design and delivery of change management activities across transformation programmes.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Develop and implement change strategies, communications plans and learning interventions.
• Support leadership alignment and help senior stakeholders understand their role in driving change.
• Identify barriers to change and develop practical recommendations.
• Help embed new ways of working and realise benefits of transformation.
• Contribute to business development activities including proposals and client presentations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to develop consulting skills.
