Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management across all levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills for executive and operational audiences.
• Experience in fast-paced, highly complex client environments with poise under pressure.
• Self-directed, proactive and responsive to iterative feedback.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with clear insights.
• Commercial awareness of how organisational changes impact outcomes.
• Team player with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in ambiguity.
• Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy for large transformations.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Design and deliver organisational change management activities across transformation programmes.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Develop change strategies, communications plans and learning interventions.
• Support leadership alignment and clarify roles in driving change.
• Identify barriers and develop practical recommendations to address them.
• Help embed new ways of working and realise transformation benefits.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals and client presentations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to develop consulting skills.
