Job summary

AECOM Advisory is seeking talented Change Management Consultants who guide organisations through transformational programmes in critical infrastructure sectors. You will design, deliver and embed change initiatives, build stakeholder buy-in and drive sustainable behavioural and operational change.

Working with senior leaders, you will mentor junior team members, contribute to proposals, and help embed new ways of working across complex client environments in the UK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Change Management qualification such as PROSCI or APMG.
• Experience in managing large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Supporting design and delivery of organisational change management activities.
• Conducting stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.
• Developing change strategies, communications plans and learning interventions.
• Coaching junior team members to develop core consulting skills.
• Contributing to business development activities, including proposals.
