Job summary

AECOM Advisory is seeking Change Management Consultants to help clients navigate complex transformations across energy, water, defence, transport and aviation sectors. You will design, deliver and embed initiatives that drive behavioural and operational change while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
• Change Management qualification such as PROSCI or APMG or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Supporting design and delivery of organisational change management activities across transformation programmes.
• Conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Developing and implementing change strategies, communications plans, engagement approaches and learning interventions.
• Support facilitating leadership alignment and helping senior stakeholders understand their role in driving change.
• Identifying barriers to change and developing practical recommendations.
• Helping clients embed new ways of working and realize benefits of transformation.
• Contributing to business development tasks including proposals, client presentations and thought leadership.
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members to develop core consulting skills.
