AECOM Advisory is seeking talented Change Management Consultants who are passionate about helping organisations successfully navigate change. Working with senior leaders and programme teams, you will design, deliver and embed transformation initiatives that drive lasting behavioural, cultural and operational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Management consulting or corporate strategy experience supporting large-scale business, digital or operational transformation programmes.
• Change Management qualification e.g. PROSCI, APMG or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Building trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
• Supporting the design and delivery of organisational change management activities across transformation programmes.
• Conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and business readiness activities to support successful adoption of change.
• Developing and implementing change strategies, communications plans, engagement approaches and learning interventions.
• Support facilitating leadership alignment and helping senior stakeholders understand their role in driving successful change.
• Identifying organisational, cultural and behavioural barriers to change and developing practical recommendations to address them.
• Supporting clients to embed new ways of working and realise the intended benefits of transformation initiatives.
• Contributing to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations and thought leadership.
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members to develop core consulting skills
