Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Change management qualification such as PROSCI or APMG.
• Experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders across all levels.
• Support design and delivery of organisational change activities within transformation programmes.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Develop and implement change strategies, communications plans and learning interventions.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to business development efforts.
• Support embedding new ways of working and realizing transformation benefits.
