Job summary

Mott MacDonald in the UK is seeking a Managing Consultant / Principal Consultant in our Business Change & Transformation team to lead client-facing change assignments, guide multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure outputs meet governance and quality standards across projects. Travel to support clients is expected.

You will shape practical solutions, build trusted relationships, and contribute to growth through opportunity development, proposals and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Essential: Relevant degree, postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading client-facing consulting assignments in complex organisations or major programme environments.
• Awareness of P3M environments, strong numerical skills, commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple, medium complexity change and transformation assignments, or packages of high complexity change projects, applying governance, commercial discipline and quality controls
• Lead and manage teams, creating clarity of purpose and a strong focus on measurable client outcomes
• Coach and develop colleagues, contributing to an inclusive, high-performing team environment
• Demonstrate governance, quality controls and commercial discipline across consultancy delivery
