Job summary
Mott MacDonald seeks an experienced innovation consultant to lead technical and commercial delivery for innovation projects across UK infrastructure. You will design innovation approaches, manage client relationships, and drive sustainable outcomes across programmes.
Reporting to the Innovation Director, you will guide teams, accelerate value through governance, and apply best practices in advisory services within a hybrid working model.
Qualifications
- Essential: leading technical service delivery for innovation projects.
- Consultancy experience 10+ years within UK infrastructure.
- Chartered Management Consultant or Chartered Engineer.
- Degree in technical or business discipline.
- Business development winning innovation services with engagement skills.
- Commercial experience of project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships and manage technical and commercial delivery for clients.
- Design innovation approaches and deliver innovation initiatives.
- Progress sustainable innovation for short-term projects and major programmes.
- Provide innovation training and coaching using AI Studio and Copilot.
