Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead change and transformation initiatives within the Programme Advisory team in the UK. You will guide client staff, design change strategies, and deliver workshops and reports that drive tangible business outcomes.

With expertise in operating model design, stakeholder management and bid leadership, you will mentor junior colleagues, develop transformation products, and contribute to the team's growth in complex infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on change management experience delivering tangible client results.
• Experience delivering change and transformation programmes with multiple workstreams.
• Experience in operating model design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead change and transformation workstreams; guide team members and client staff.
• Deliver key client outputs: change strategies, comms plans, presentations, reports.
• Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
