Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Principal Consultant to drive change and transformation across complex programmes. You will lead multiple workstreams, design operating models, and deliver client-focused strategies, plans, and reports.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, workshops, and business development within a globally connected Programme Advisory team. The position requires hands-on change management experience, operating model design expertise, and a consulting background.

Qualifications

• Hands-on change management experience across programmes and assets.
• Track record of delivering tangible results in change/transformation.
• Experience in complex programme or project environments with multiple workstreams.
• Expert level in operating model design and implementation.
• Strong relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing and facilitating client workshops.
• Delivery of high-quality change deliverables within tight timelines.
• Experience leading solution development for transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead change and transformation workstreams with guidance to team and client staff.
• Deliver key client deliverables such as change strategies, comms plans, and reports.
• Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
• Manage client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
• Lead or contribute to bids and proposals; develop transformation products.
• Mentor junior team members and line-manage where applicable.
• Develop methodologies and transformation products within the Programme Advisory team.
