Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Manchester is seeking a Principal Consultant for Change & Transformation to lead change and transformation workstreams on major programmes. You will design operating models, manage stakeholder relationships, and mentor junior staff while developing new methodologies within the Programme Advisory team.

The role requires hands-on change management experience, strong communication, and the ability to deliver tangible client outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering change and transformation programmes.
Experience managing multiple workstreams in complex environments.
Strong consulting skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience designing operating models and embedding new ways of working.

Responsibilities

Lead change and transformation workstreams with guidance to team members and client staff.
Deliver key client artefacts (change strategies, comms plans, presentations, reports).
Design and facilitate client workshops and executive level presentations.
Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for business development.
Contribute to bids and proposals for major client engagements.
Help develop transformation products and methodologies within the team.
Mentor junior staff and, where applicable, line-manage them.
Drive internal initiatives to standardise and improve delivery of change projects.
