Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the UK is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead change and transformation workstreams within the Programme Advisory team. You will shape operating models, guide client teams, and deliver high-impact change programmes across infrastructure and real estate sectors.

The role requires hands-on change management experience, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead change and transformation workstreams, guiding team members and client staff.
• Deliver key client outputs (change strategies, comms plans, presentations, reports).
• Design and facilitate client workshops and presentations.
• Manage client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
• Lead or contribute to bid proposals and major bids.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
