Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading planning consent applications for major infrastructure projects.
• Experience across multiple consenting regimes including DCOs is desirable.
• Strong writing and communication skills for planning statements and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in delivering major development applications.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across project types.
• Submit and manage planning applications with local authorities and stakeholders.
