Metlen Energy & Metals in London seeks a Senior Project Coordinator - Tender to support coordination and delivery of tender opportunities across the market. The role focuses on day-to-day management of tender activities, ensuring technical, commercial and administrative inputs are coordinated and submitted in line with client requirements and deadlines.

Qualificações

• Bsc in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, tender coordination, bid management or a closely related discipline.
• Experience supporting tenders and project activities across the UK and/or Ireland.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the lead coordinator across multiple tenders, supporting the Tender Manager in delivering high-quality submissions.
• Oversee the full tender coordination process, ensuring all inputs (technical, commercial, legal, procurement, etc.) are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Review and validate documentation before submission to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality standards.
• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, proactively following up to resolve gaps or inconsistencies.
• Support planning and prioritization of tender activities, helping manage deadlines and team workload.
• Mentor and guide Coordinators, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
• Assist in client communication and clarification processes as required.
