WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a senior Telecoms Design Lead for rail infrastructure projects. You will oversee design delivery across a portfolio, support bids with fee estimates, and lead the production of telecoms system designs from feasibility through to handover.

You will coordinate interfaces with multi-disciplinary teams and present concepts to clients and project teams. The role includes line management and staff development within a dynamic, global engineering firm with offices

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of project and technical leadership.
• Experience leading telecoms and control systems designs end-to-end for UK projects and potentially overseas.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of telecoms subsystems listed in the job ad is advantageous (rail-focused).

• Manage design delivery across a portfolio of telecoms projects.
• Support bids and tenders with fee estimates and proposal content.
• Lead production of telecoms system designs for rail infrastructure from feasibility to handover.
