Job summary

WSP is seeking an Associate/Associate Director Telecoms - Rail in the United Kingdom to lead design delivery across rail telecoms projects, support bids, and supervise a multidisciplinary team through feasibility to detailed design.

You will work on domestic and international rail projects, coordinate interfaces, present designs to clients and drive staff development in a flexible, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading telecoms/controls designs across UK and overseas
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience
• Experience delivering design through feasibility to handback

Responsibilities

• Lead design delivery across telecoms projects for rail infrastructure
• Support bids with fee estimates and proposal content
• Present designs to clients and stakeholders
• Line manage and develop team members
