Employment International is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant based in London to work with Sales Executives and Account Managers across the full sales cycle. The role demands telecoms expertise, particularly in BSS, real-time charging, and CSP billing, with sponsorship for EU applicants.

You will deliver technical consultancy, write responses to customer requests, and create compelling value propositions to win bids. International travel is required as part of engagements.

Qualifications

• Telecoms background required, with knowledge of BSS preferred.
• Experience with real-time / convergent charging environments (prepaid and postpaid).
• Experience with CSP customer care and billing business analysis.
• Able to contribute to long sales engagements and prepare commercial proposals.
• Excellent communication skills to manage bids, proposals and system demonstrations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver presentations and respond to customer requests.
• Provide technical consultancy and product knowledge to customers in writing, verbally and via presentations.
• Support the Sales Team with customer-facing pre-sales assistance.
• Design, describe and manage the solution engineering of products.
• Understand customer requirements and articulate value propositions to win bids.
• Support and implement new product launches and ensure handover to Delivery teams.
• Travel internationally when needed.
