Job summary

IT Talent Solutions is seeking a TechOps / Application Support Manager to own technical operations across a large-scale, multi-site estate. You will lead a small team, drive operational excellence, and serve as the escalation point for complex issues, including IoT devices and edge technologies across distributed locations.

The role requires 6+ years in Technical Operations with hands-on leadership, strong networking knowledge, and a track record of improving monitoring and incident management

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Technical Operations or related fields.
• Previous people management and team leadership experience.
• Strong networking knowledge (VPNs, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, firewalls).
• Experience managing distributed technology estates and IoT devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of engineers and own operations across multiple sites.
• Drive monitoring improvements, incident management, and escalation processes.
• Deploy and support IoT devices, networking equipment, and edge technologies.
• Maintain thorough documentation and effective stakeholder communication.
