Octopus Energy is expanding its TechOps team and seeks an ambitious TechOps Generalist to define and grow our modern, cloud-first IT function. You’ll partner with security, automation and engineering to scale support across a global workforce.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of solid enterprise IT experience.
• Experience implementing and customizing SaaS tooling for enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to all business areas.
• Troubleshoot laptop, network, provisioning and SSO issues.
• Collaborate with Security to balance security, productivity, and user experience.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve UX.
• Design self-service solutions for users.
• Monitor office tech worldwide and manage networks and devices.
• Lead complex technical projects with stakeholders.
