Qualifications

• 5–7 years of enterprise IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support across the business.
• Troubleshoot a wide range of issues including network and device problems.
• Collaborate with Security to balance security and productivity.
• Continually find opportunities to automate processes and improve UX.
• Design and build self-service solutions for users.
• Monitor and maintain office tech globally and manage procurement.
• Lead complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
