Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in London is seeking a TechOps Team Lead to run the small, lean TechOps function with autonomy and global alignment. You will oversee day-to-day delivery, balance reactive work with proactive improvements, and mentor a growing team across identity, devices, SaaS, networking, and office infrastructure.

The role requires strong leadership, service management, and incident response skills, plus comfort working across time zones and with vendors.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading IT/TechOps teams through growth.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Strong service management and operational experience.
• Comfort operating in highly ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
• Very strong technical background underpinning leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define good looks for a small, lean TechOps team.
• Own day-to-day delivery of TechOps services.
• Support global operations with travel to global sites.
• Collaborate with TechOps leadership to prioritize and deliver projects.
• Balance reactive support with proactive improvements.
• Mentor and line-manage TechOps team members.
• Provide hands-on 1st/2nd/3rd line support.
• Coordinate complex projects across time zones.
