Job summary

CoreWeave in York, England seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives for our CPU Compute IaaS platforms. You will partner with engineering, product, operations and security to drive performance, scalability and observability across large AI clusters.

You will define scope, milestones and success metrics, manage risks, and build scalable processes to improve delivery velocity. Strong leadership, Agile fluency and cloud infra experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Master's or advanced technical degree preferred.
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs translating product strategy into scalable, reliable infrastructure.
• Define program scope, milestones, and success metrics while managing risks and dependencies.
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and security to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate technical discussions to align with long-term infrastructure goals and business objectives.
• Develop scalable processes to improve efficiency and predictability in program delivery.
• Champion Agile practices and other project management methodologies.
