Job summary

CoreWeave in York, England seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives for our CPU Compute IaaS platforms. You will partner with engineering, product, operations and security to drive performance, scalability and observability across large AI clusters.

You will define scope, milestones and success metrics, manage risks, and build scalable processes to improve delivery velocity. Strong leadership, Agile fluency and cloud infra experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Master's or advanced technical degree preferred.
• Proven track record leading large, cross-functional programs.

Job description

• CoreWeave's IaaS powers our CPU Compute platform that complements GPU acceleration in large AI clusters
• We build and operate high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure so customers can achieve predictable performance across diverse workloads, from data processing and orchestration to latency-sensitive services
• As the TPM for IaaS powering CoreWeave's CPU Compute, you'll lead cross-functional programs that convert product strategy into scalable, reliable, and observable infrastructure
• This role will partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive performance/scalability initiatives that underpin high-throughput CPU clusters in large AI environments
• Lead and drive execution for end-to-end technical program management for critical cloud infrastructure initiatives, including planning, execution, delivery, and retrospectives
• Define program scope, milestones, and success metrics while managing risks and dependencies
• Partner closely with engineering, product management, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates, addressing risks, and ensuring accountability
• Facilitate and influence technical discussions and decisions to align with long-term infrastructure goals and business objectives
• Develop and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and predictability in program delivery
• Champion best practices for project and program management, including Agile and other methodologies
• Strategically automate and improve day-to-day operations and processes
• Drive long-term infrastructure roadmaps in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs
