Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to join the Customer Experience organization. You will educate prospects on technical value, define deliverables, onboard clients, and ensure ongoing success within customer environments.

You will coordinate across engineering, product, and operations, shaping the product roadmap and ensuring successful outcomes for AI workloads in our GPU-focused cloud platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, customer success management, or professional services delivery management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and AI/ML applications.
• B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• Strong communication skills through long-form documents and short-form/asynchronous communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple teams to deliver long-running, complex projects with visibility to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with bottom-up leadership focusing on enablement, communication, organization, and inspiration over task management.
• Experience with client management within a cloud infrastructure landscape, ideally with Kubernetes, GPU compute, AI/ML, and HPC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Customer Relationships: Own technical relationships to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
• Define Customer Requirements: Collaborate with customers to define technical AI/ML requirements.
• Drive End-to-End Program Execution: Oversee planning, resources, risk, and stakeholder engagement for complex programs.
• Engage with Stakeholders/Influence product strategy: Document requirements and share feedback with Product and Engineering.
• Foster Collaboration: Facilitate communication across engineering, product, operations, support, and sales.
• Build Strong Relationships: Maintain relationships to align objectives and secure resources.
• Proactively Manage Risks: Identify risks and communicate resolutions.
• Measure Success: Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate program outcomes.
• Drive Improvements: Address inefficiencies to speed up operations.
