Job summary

CoreWeave, a leading cloud platform for AI workloads, seeks a Manager of Technical Solutions Management to lead strategic client partnerships and translate complex requirements into actionable programs across Solutions Architecture, Support, Sales, and Product Engineering.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, solutions architecture, technical support, or technical program/product delivery management.
• 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership or people management role within a high-growth environment.
• Deep technical understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals, including Kubernetes, GPU compute, AI/ML applications, and high-performance computing (HPC).
• Proven track record of directing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex, long-running technical programs with executive visibility.
• Advanced stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and communication skills to engage effectively with C-suite executives and technical teams alike.
• Ability to travel up to 30% annually for client engagements, team collaboration, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the TSM function managing strategic client relationships and technical advocacy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Architecture, Support, Sales, and Product Engineering to translate AI workload requirements into execution plans and KPIs.
• Define program KPIs, streamline operational workflows, and drive long-running technical programs from concept to successful delivery.
