Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Manager, Specialist Field Engineering to lead a regional team delivering high‑performance AI infrastructure. You will guide architecture for Kubernetes, HPC, security, networking, and storage, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape the roadmap and grow CoreWeave’s leadership in performance and scalability.

You will recruit, coach, and mentor senior engineers, drive go-to-market strategies, and serve as executive sponsor for strategic

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
8+ years in solutions architecture, infra engineering, or cloud services with 4+ years in leadership.
Proven track record designing large-scale cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Lead a regional Solutions Architecture team across Kubernetes, HPC, security, networking, and storage.
Define and execute regional technical go-to-market strategy with cross-functional partners.
Act as executive sponsor for strategic customers from concept to production deployments.
Translate customer requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.
Align capacity, data center, and fleet operations for AI workloads.
Establish KPIs, streamline workflows, and drive customer satisfaction.
