Job summary

CoreWeave UK Ltd. is seeking a Senior Specialist Field Engineer to lead customers through the lifecycle from onboarding to optimization of AI workloads in HPC environments.

You will establish technical relationships, prototype tailored solutions, and drive proof-of-concept initiatives while collaborating with Kubernetes product and engineering teams. You will be responsible for guiding customers, developing PoCs, and offering strategic input on architecture and product features.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Field Engineer, Engineer, Researcher, or Technical Account Manager in Cloud Infrastructure, focusing on building distributed systems or HPC/cloud services, with an expertise focused on AI/ML inference.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, establishing strong technical relationships and ensuring their success with CoreWeave's cloud infrastructure offerings, focusing on AI/ML workloads within HPC environments.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business needs and create, prototype, and deploy tailored solutions.
• Lead proof of concept initiatives to demonstrate value and viability of CoreWeave's solutions.
• Drive technical leadership and direction during meetings, addressing technical queries.
• Act as a virtual member of CoreWeave's Kubernetes product and engineering teams, suggesting product enhancements.
• Offer insights on product features, contributing to product strategy and architecture.
• Conduct periodic reviews of customer workloads, identify optimization opportunities.
• Stay informed on Kubernetes, cloud computing trends and share with customers and stakeholders.
• Lead prototyping and R&D efforts for emerging products, delivering prototypes and insights.
• Represent CoreWeave at conferences and events, with occasional travel.
