Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs across Performance & Benchmarking for the AI/ML Platform Services group in the UK. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and GTM to drive measurable performance improvements for researchers, engineers, and enterprise customers.

You will own end-to-end program execution for infrastructure validation, benchmarking, observability, and launch readiness across new hardware and software environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of technical program management experience in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, HPC, or AI/ML platforms
• Strong understanding of benchmarking methodologies, reproducibility, test coverage, and tradeoffs between performance, stability, utilization, and customer readiness
• Fluency in distributed systems, GPU/accelerator-based infrastructure, workload performance measurement, and large-scale infrastructure operations
• Experience with AI/ML benchmarking, performance analysis, or infrastructure validation for training and inference workloads
• Familiarity with GPU cluster architecture, workload observability, hardware bring-up, and performance bottleneck analysis
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders across engineering, product, and infrastructure
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs involving performance engineering, benchmarking, validation systems, or infrastructure readiness
• Experience building launch processes, release governance, dependency management, and operational reviews in fast-scaling environments
• Ability to define program metrics and drive measurable outcomes in performance, reliability, scale, or operational maturity
• Strong collaboration, prioritization, and problem-solving in ambiguous settings

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs across Performance & Benchmarking within AI/ML Platform Services
• Coordinate dependencies across platform engineering, infrastructure, capacity, product, and go-to-market teams
• Deliver programs that verify new hardware platforms, clusters, and software environments meet performance and stability standards
• Operationalize benchmarking frameworks to measure model performance, runtime efficiency, GPU utilization, and workload reliability
• Establish dashboards, cadences, and success metrics to improve performance visibility and readiness for new platforms
• Drive release readiness, benchmarking plans, risk management, issue escalation, and post-launch reviews
