Job summary

CoreWeave, the Essential Cloud for AI, is seeking a Senior Specialist Field Engineer in Greater London to lead customer engagements across Kubernetes, HPC, and AI workloads. You will establish technical relationships, design tailored cloud solutions, and drive proofs of concept to accelerate client deployments.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, contribute to product direction, and help optimize workloads using Slurm, NCCL, and Infiniband in high-performance environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a related technical field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in Solutions Architecture, Field Engineering, Engineering, Research, or Technical Account Management in cloud infrastructure.
• Strong cloud computing concepts, architecture, and hands-on experience in cloud solutions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships and explain complex tech to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep expertise with NVIDIA GPUs in AI/ML workloads and related tech (NCCL, Infiniband).
• Experience running large-scale AI/ML training/inference on Slurm and Kubernetes, and integrating with enterprise IT.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring success with CoreWeave cloud offerings for AI/ML workloads.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and prototype/deploy tailored solutions.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate value in specific environments.
• Provide technical leadership during customer meetings, addressing questions and concerns.
• Act as a virtual member of CoreWeave Kubernetes product/engineering to suggest improvements.
• Contribute insights on product features, performance, and architecture, and influence product strategy.
• Conduct workload reviews to identify optimization opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Stay informed on Kubernetes, cloud computing trends and share knowledge with customers and teammates.
• Lead R&D prototyping for new products and solutions, delivering insights for internal use.
• Represent CoreWeave at conferences/events, with travel as needed.
