Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enterprise security. You will drive end-to-end IAM initiatives across identity lifecycle, access governance, SSO, MFA and PAM, coordinating with security, IT, engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable access controls.

• Experience with core IAM platforms and identity governance protocols.
• Proven leading large-scale IAM initiatives (life cycle mgmt, SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC/ABAC).
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in information security, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security and IAM program management across security, IT, engineering, product and operations.
• Define scope, milestones and success metrics for identity and access initiatives.
• Drive joinser/moder, leaver processes and least-privilege reviews to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with security, IT, product and engineering to align on IAM priorities and deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates, manage risks, ensure accountability and cross-functional decisions.
