As a Senior Technical Estates Manager, you will drive technical excellence and compliance across FM services for the National Crime Agency. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on finding solutions that solve maintenance and compliance issues, leading with integrity, ensuring high standards across FM services and championing safety, innovation and continuous improvement. You will be the voice of assurance and quality, supporting a culture built on trust, accountability and collaboration.

  • Strategic thinking – make strategic decisions and provide recommendations in accordance with the estates strategy and agency objectives.
  • Manage multiple sites – cover FM delivery for a small number of NCA sites.
  • Cost efficiency – deliver FM services while considering optimum cost efficiency.
  • Legislation – ensure all knowledge of legislation is up to date.

  • Strong technical background in building services, engineering or facilities management.
  • Experience of conducting audits or compliance reviews – audits will be required annually as a second line of assurance.
  • In‑depth knowledge of SFG20. Understanding this standard is essential as well as having a technical awareness to adapt or amend it to ensure value for money and asset liability.
