The Senior Technical Analyst, Performance will work on projects that will accelerate the development of performance solutions and bring new innovations to market. This role blends technical problem-solving, data analysis, and client engagement - offering exposure to multiple cross‑functional teams and direct opportunities to shape the future of programmatic solutions.

While the preferred location is London, we’re happy to consider candidates based outside of the city. However, please note that the Senior Technical Analyst will be required to travel to London on an ad‑hoc basis.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Support the team leads in executing the program roadmap for Tier 1 projects, contributing to the end‑to‑end workflow of MVP development, testing, commercialisation and operations.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Revenue, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Data Science teams to design, test, and iterate on performance‑focused initiatives.
  • Lead the building process of performance proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) with strategic clients; test and validate custom use cases to establish clear paths to productisation.
  • Utilise data analysis to inform and make strategic recommendations in areas of opportunity that drive results and maximise the company’s growth objectives.
  • Assist in designing and running experiments to validate hypotheses that drive measurable improvements in marketing performance.
  • Translate complex data and technical capabilities into clear, client‑friendly insights and recommendations.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • 3+ years of experience in management or technical consulting, strategy & operations, product management, data analytics (client‑facing), or programme management.
  • Experience with marketing or advertising systems is an asset but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a proven academic record.
  • Impeccable business judgment, together with an inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem‑solving techniques to evaluate solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience and comfort in presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritise multiple on‑going initiatives, projects, tasks, and time‑sensitive requests.
  • Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries, optimising performance, and working with relational database structures.
  • Working knowledge of Python and data analytics libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualisation.
  • Strong analytical and statistical reasoning skills, including experience with A/B testing, significance testing, and regression analysis to generate insights and guide business decisions.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects within cross‑functional teams.
  • Prior experience in building in‑platform products, identity resolution, and data staging is a plus.
