A talent consultancy is seeking a Talent Partner for a remote position in the UK to lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Customer Success teams in tech firms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for GTM roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles concurrently. This role offers an opportunity to work with ambitious tech companies while being part of a supportive remote-first team, helping to reshape the industry.

As a Talent Partner, you’ll play a key role in scaling high-performing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for fast-growing tech companies. Embedded directly within client teams, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for revenue-critical roles, helping organisations grow quickly and sustainably.
You’ll be supported by a squad of delivery specialists and talent experts, all working together to solve hiring challenges and accelerate business growth.
