Qualifikationen

• Experience in talent management, leadership development, or organizational development.
• Experience designing enterprise learning strategies and multi-modal development experiences.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage leaders at multiple levels.
• Demonstrated experience leading talent processes and partnering with HR and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability, including experience interpreting talent data and developing insights for senior audiences.
• Comfort with uncertainty, ability to manage in ambiguous environments, and adapt to change.

• Own the quality, consistency and impact of talent management processes for Europe.
• Serve as trusted advisor to People Business Partners and leaders on talent insights and design.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs tailored to regional needs.
• Provide insights from talent data to enable high-quality decisions and investments.
• Support executive assessments, coaching, and high-potential development programs.
• Collaborate with global TM&D teams to evolve processes and tools.
• Drive communication and change management to ensure uptake of leadership practices.
• Coach leaders using assessment data to accelerate growth and change.
• Ensure TM&D practices are adopted to drive meaningful outcomes.
