Job summary

Apto is seeking an HR Manager to lead talent development and employee engagement across our growing European operations, shaping people strategies to attract, develop and retain exceptional talent.

Working with the senior leadership team, you will design scalable people practices, implement performance and leadership development programmes, and partner with recruitment to build strong pipelines across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in talent management, learning and development, or HR business partnering roles.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing talent development programmes.
• Strong knowledge of performance management and succession planning methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience developing HR policies, frameworks, and processes in a growing organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own Talent Management design and succession planning processes.
• Lead Learning & Development strategy and leadership programmes.
• Own the annual Performance Management cycle and objective setting.
• Develop and promote Employee Engagement and culture initiatives.
• Provide strategic HR partnership and organisational design support across Europe.
