Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of systems engineering techniques across the full lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience in requirements development, ideally for infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of MBSE and architectural framework aligned development.
• Experience with system integration, test, evaluation, and acceptance strategies.
• Proficiency with tools like DOORS and Sparx EA.

Responsibilities

• Influence and translate stakeholder vision; define system scope and boundary including Concept of Operations.
• Develop and manage system requirements throughout the lifecycle using appropriate tools.
• Create system architectural views (functional, physical) and breakdown structures.
• Apply modelling techniques for capability evidence and scenario modelling.
• Define and manage internal/external system interfaces and dependencies.
• Lead artefact development and verification/validation evidence; support change management.
• Organise stakeholder workshops and communicate complex content clearly across teams.
• Produce high-quality reports and project artefacts; mentor junior staff.
