• Team leader / mentoring experience required for the principal level role.
• Effective stakeholder management across functional and organisational boundaries.
• Management of complex tasks through dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product integration workstreams to meet customer obligations.
• Facilitate collaboration across organisational Engineering boundaries.
• Define and govern Whole Boat Design policies and processes.
• Perform appropriate engineering coordination and review activities.
