Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd seeks an experienced Supported Housing Manager to oversee a 44-unit scheme in Wiltshire and lead the on-site team. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance and deliver high-quality housing management services.

You will liaise with residents, local authorities and external agencies, oversee welfare matters and drive improvements to support service expansion. This role requires strong leadership and sector knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a supported housing, supported accommodation or housing service.
• Experience supervising a small multidisciplinary on-site team.
• Strong understanding of supported housing and intensive housing management.
• Knowledge of Housing Benefit, Universal Credit and wider benefits system.
• Experience managing housing administration, tenancy processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day responsibility for the 44-unit scheme.
• Lead and support the on-site team including Housing Support Workers, admin staff and a caretaker.
• Provide leadership, guidance and supervision to the team.
• Oversee delivery of supported housing and intensive housing management.
• Ensure processes for resident sign-ups, move-ins, welfare checks and tenancy management are in place.
