Job summary

Suppleo Recruitment Ltd in South Wales is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join a national children’s provider in a residential care setting. You will deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care and support the home manager in leading shifts.

Applicants must hold Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, have residential care experience with children, a full UK driving license, and show resilience and strong communication. Shift work includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.

Qualifications
