Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our family-run children's homes in the Leicester area. You will lead shifts, supervise a small team and help provide therapeutic care for children with complex needs.

You'll build positive relationships, support daily routines and ensure safeguarding and accurate records. A Level 3/4 Residential Childcare qualification and a UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or 4 Residential Childcare qualification (or working towards).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in children's residential care.
• Experience supporting children with ASC, mental health, or emotional and behavioural needs.
• Full UK driving licence.

Location: Leicester Area

Salary: Up to £37,360 per year (including sleep‑ins) + performance bonuses

Shift Pattern: 1 day on, 2 days off (sleep‑ins required)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our family‑run children's homes in Northampton. You'll lead shifts, support a small team, and help provide therapeutic care for children and young people with complex needs.
