Job summary

The Bleep 360 Group Limited is seeking a Senior Residential Support Practitioner to lead shifts and develop our team in delivering trauma-informed care for children and young people in residential settings. This role involves evenings, weekends and flexible shifts in our growing homes.

You will act as a positive role model, support colleagues, and contribute to safeguarding and service development within a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience leading shifts or supporting colleagues within a residential care environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

£14.50 - £15.00 per hour (DOE) + £50 per sleep-in

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Residential Support Practitioner to help shape and grow our home.

You’ll lead shifts, support and develop colleagues, and deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care that helps young people thrive. Working alongside the management team, you’ll be a positive role model, contribute to team development, and support the supervision and progression of Residential Support Practitioners where delegated.

This role includes evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep‑ins as part of a flexible shift pattern.

What We're Looking For:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Minimum 2 years' experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
• Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience leading shifts or supporting colleagues within a residential care environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
