Job summary

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Support Worker for our children's residential homes in Derbyshire. You will lead shifts, supervise a small team and provide therapeutic care for children and young people with complex needs.

The role requires a Level 3/4 Residential Childcare qualification (or working towards) and a minimum of 2 years' experience in children's residential care. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Location: Derbyshire Salary: Up to £37,360 per year (including sleep-ins) + performance bonuses

Shift Pattern: 1 day on, 2 days off (sleep-ins required)
