Job summary

Stantec are seeking a Senior or Principal Structural Engineer for the UK with hybrid office/home working in places like London, Reading, High Wycombe, Redditch, Birmingham or Cambridge. You will lead on structural design for concrete, steel and masonry and inspect assets to meet regulatory standards, while collaborating with clients across the UK.

You will report to the Specialist Structural Engineering Technical Lead, developing our structural knowledge and supporting opportunities beyond water

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in structural design for concrete, steel and masonry.
• Knowledge of civil and geotechnical engineering.
• Experience coaching and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality structural engineering projects.
• Partner with clients across the UK to exceed requirements in technical delivery.
• Report to the Specialist Structural Engineering Technical Lead and develop capability.
• Carry out structural inspections and produce reports for asset maintenance and modification.
