Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior or Principal Structural Engineer for a hybrid role in the UK, with offices in London, Reading, High Wycombe, Redditch, Birmingham or Cambridge. You will report to the Specialist Structural Engineering Technical Lead, delivering structural designs for concrete, steel and masonry, and supporting broader knowledge growth.

You will collaborate with clients across the UK to exceed requirements and ensure regulatory compliance, while mentoring others and expanding

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of civil and geotechnical engineering.
• Experience in structural design of concrete, steel and masonry structures.
• Ability to coach and mentor others and lead on technical capability development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high quality structural engineering projects across a variety of projects and sectors.
• Collaborate with clients across the UK and support design & build initiatives.
